This Rivers state born youngster is a business Administration graduate of the University of Lagos and a CITY & GUILDS certified industrial chef with an incredible passion for the Cuilinary Arts and industrial cookery in general.. having worked as an applications expert for Zaika Foods Ltd, a top notch food science company that produces Seasonings, Marinades, spices, breading and batter solutions etc during which Jumbo worked with established brands in the food service industry (FSI) including 5* hotels, fine dine stand alone restaurants, chain restaurants, pubs, bars, schools etc with which he developed custom made solutions as per client requirements and specifications. He was also the pioneer manager for Lekki Miami Beach Resort Ltd then he move over to manage 355 Restaurant and Lounge Lagos a Mexican and continental restaurant in Victoria Island before going fully into Specialty caterings. He is the head of the team at Celebrazioni Events.
